My requirements after a brief but detailed phone conversation are:
**an 1 hour or so meet and greet with you and your animals. $40 one time fee.
**My contract filled out, reviewed, and signed truthfully and sent back to me BEFORE our meet and greet date.
**Copies of pet vaccine records. Must have Rabies, Bordetella, and a regularly given flea+tick program.
